Industry-Leading Turnaround Times
Many OEMs operate out of small facilities that don’t have the room to store large amounts of parts or raw materials, and rely on “Just-in-time” delivery to have the parts that they need to begin their production run. We will work with you to ship the parts that you need when you need them, and not a minute sooner or later.
Each of our service centers are fully equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machinery that are capable of more automation than ever. This means that we can perform operations that used to require multiple machines, and can automate many processes. We’re highly familiar with JIT delivery requirements, and are always committed to shipping on your schedule.
Our high volume OEMs also appreciate that we can duplicate repeat orders with first-run precision easily and quickly by programming in previous job specifications. Through value engineering and rapid prototyping, we can assist with evaluation and streamlining of your product designs for greater efficiency and integrity.

Value Design Services
For each new production run, we consult with the client and look for ways to improve designs, complete the order more quickly, and lower costs. Even if it’s only a few seconds or a few pennies, they add up over time.
Before we start a production run, we take a good look at the parts with our clients, and make any suggestions that we can that will expedite the order, and save them money.
Our service centers are equipped with an optimum mix of precision machines that gives us the flexibility to do miter cutting, bundle cutting and trim cutting on round, square, and rectangular tubes and bars. We can also automate the process, which helps us fill large orders more quickly, and at a lower cost.
When you have been in business as long as we have, you start to get a good feel for exactly how long each process will take. You also learn ways to complete routine processes more quickly, and at a lower cost.
Zero-Defect Precision
When we say that quality precision is job one, we put our money where our mouth is. Every CNC bender, cutter, and laser on our floor is state-of-the-art, and well-maintained.
Our multi bend tube bender machines are equipped with advanced features like weld seam and etch mark detection that facilitates perfect part orientation, and helps us expedite setup and production of intricate, multi-bend geometries.
Some manufacturers agree to certain scrap rates on larger orders, but the only scrap rate that we will accept is zero. Whether you pull out the 10th part or the 10,000th part, they will be exactly the same.
