Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting machinery offers pinpoint accuracy on a wide variety of tube shapes, sizes, and materials for 3D cutting, beveling/chamfering, and etching. Our CNC tube lasers are the most advanced in the industry, and we can turn around prototypes or make long production runs in record time. And our equipment can reliably and repeatably perform operations on a single machine that used to require 2 or 3 machines or manual operations.
CNC Bending
If you need clean and consistent multi-axis precision bending of oval, rectangular and extruded shapes from a 0.250″ aluminum tube to a 1.5″ solid steel bar, we’ve got you covered. We also offer advanced features like weld seam and etch mark detection for perfect part orientation. This expedites setup, and allows our tube benders to produce intricate, multi-bend geometries faster.
Part Finishing
Many of our OEMs are the in the market for completely polished, deburred, and drilled/tapped parts that can be placed directly into their assembly process or finished product. No matter what stage that you’re at in the process of manufacturing and shipping, we’ll have the parts ready when you need them with our part finishing services.
